Mandatory booking information

In accordance with current Spanish Government regulations, it is mandatory to provide prior information for all guests included in the booking and to register their details with the Ministry of the Interior, as well as include them in the accommodation contract. This registration is also necessary so that the stay can be covered by the corresponding insurance.

Cancellation and assistance insurance

In order to activate the insurance, it is necessary to provide, at the time of booking confirmation, the full name and identity document or passport of all guests who will be staying.

If you wish to benefit from the free insurance, you must provide these details when making the booking. This information must be provided within 24 hours following confirmation of the booking. Once this period has passed, it will no longer be possible to activate the insurance.

For bookings of 7 nights or more, assistance insurance is included.

Accommodation unit replacement

The establishment reserves the right to replace the reserved accommodation unit with another of similar characteristics, within the same complex or in another of equal or higher category, guaranteeing at all times the same level of contracted services.
